RotoFlex is SupplyPoint's most reconfigurable carousel dispensing system — built for environments where item sizes vary widely within the same machine. Its 13-column drum can be divided into four vertical and four horizontal compartment sizes, without tools, so a single unit can hold anything from ear plugs to full protective suits or calibrated gauges. RotoFlex can run as a standalone machine, an add-on frame to an existing SupplyPoint installation, or as part of a multi-frame system (up to 10 frames, 5,070 locations).

The Dispensing Workflow

From authentication to automated replenishment — reconfigurable at every step.

Step 01 — Authenticate

RFID card, PIN, or barcode scan. VendTel identifies the worker and applies their access profile — role, department, and quantity limits.

Step 02 — Select and dispense

The drum rotates to the correct compartment(s). Door hatches open individually, or in tandem with adjacent hatches for larger items. Multiple compartments can be selected in a single transaction, minimising total transaction time.

Step 03 — Transaction recorded

Every issue is logged to a named user, item, quantity, and timestamp — automatically sent to WebSync. No paper, no manual count, no off-record consumption.

Step 04 — Secure return (where applicable)

For reusable assets, calibrated tooling, gauges, and high-value items, RotoFlex supports secure return.

Step 05 — Replenishment triggered

When stock in any compartment reaches its reorder point, WebSync triggers a replenishment order to your designated supplier — automatically.
