Peace of Mind for the PC Running Your Machine
The PC that runs a SupplyPoint machine's touchscreen and software needs the same ongoing care as any other computer on a network — security updates, antivirus protection, and monitoring. EndPoint Management (EPM) is SupplyPoint's optional, cloud-based service that takes care of all of it, so that responsibility doesn't fall to a distributor or end customer's own IT team.
What EndPoint Management Is
EPM is a complementary add-on, not a requirement — an option for organizations that want that responsibility handled for them, with peace of mind against viruses, malware, and ransomware, and no additional personnel cost to a distributor or end customer.
A Dedicated SupplyPoint Team
EPM comes with access to a dedicated SupplyPoint EndPoint Management support team. Every issue is handled directly by SupplyPoint technicians — not outsourced to a third party.

How Endpoint Management Works
EndPoint Management is a separate, standalone cloud-based service, operated independently by a dedicated SupplyPoint team — it does not integrate with WebSync or SupplyPointiQ, and there's no automatic data flow between them. Reporting or information from EPM can be shared with a customer directly on request, which is often arranged for larger accounts.
