Easy to configure, the 28-Level Vending Machine supports 15 different individually indexable drawers and 3 different cupboard modules. As your needs evolve, you’ll find the 28-Level Vending Machine easily reconfigurable to fit your changing environment.

With up to 12 compartments per drawer location and with the ability to connect up to ten units on a single computer, the 28-Level vending machine offers you up to 13,353 individual spaces for items.

With VendTel software, the 28-Level can stand alone, join with other 28-Level units, or join in installations mixed in with other SupplyPoint machines to serve your inventory control needs.

The Dispensing Workflow

From authentication to automated replenishment

Step 01 — Authenticate

Username, password, biometric identification, or card reader — individually or in combination. VendTel applies the worker's access profile, role, and quantity limits.

Step 02 — Locate and dispense

An LED pick-to-light process guides the user directly to the correct drawer. Multiple drawers can be selected in a single transaction, minimising withdraw and restock times

Step 03 — Transaction recorded

Every issue is logged to a named user, item, quantity, and timestamp — automatically sent to WebSync. No paper, no manual count, no off-record consumption.

Step 04 — Replenishment triggered

When stock in any compartment reaches its reorder point, WebSync triggers a replenishment order to your designated contracted supplier — automatically.
