How do I start working with Finale Financial Group?
Book a complimentary consultation on our site and we'll begin with a portfolio and goals review. After your free consultation we perform a short discovery call, request relevant documents (portfolio statements, corporate cap table if applicable, tax returns as needed), deliver a personalized engagement proposal, and begin onboarding once you approve the plan.
Who do you typically work with?
We primarily advise founders, operators, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals seeking strategy plus execution. Our clients range from early-stage founders preparing for liquidity events to established business owners and families seeking integrated wealth, business, and exit planning. We tailor our engagement to complexity, scale, and desired level of ongoing execution support.
What should I expect during onboarding and how long does it take?
Onboarding typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on document availability and the engagement scope. A standard timeline includes discovery (1 week), data transfer and account access setup (1-2 weeks), plan creation (1-2 weeks), and an implementation kickoff. Project-based work can be faster; ongoing advisory relationships include periodic implementation milestones.
The Problem It Solves
ViewPoint turns a walk-and-hope trip into a know-before-you-go decision — giving visibility across the whole facility from a single kiosk, and a simple reservation process that benefits both the requester and crib staff.
Applications — What ViewPoint Does
- Facility-wide inventory search across all SupplyPoint machines and cribs
- Item reservation, removing the reserved quantity from available inventory at the chosen location for an administrator-set period
- Streamlined collections process for staffed cribs and stores

Without ViewPoint
- Team members walk to a machine or crib with no idea whether the item they need is actually available
- Wasted trips when an item is out of stock or already taken by someone else
- Crib attendants juggle walk-up requests with no advance notice of what's needed
- No single point to check inventory across multiple machines or cribs in a large facility
With ViewPoint
- Search any item and instantly see which machine or crib holds it, and how much is available
- Reserve the item on the spot, for a period set by an administrator
- Collect the reservation quickly using a unique code, no back-and-forth required
- Crib staff can see reservations coming in and prepare or set aside items in advance
real-time inventory visibility
at any ViewPoint
for reservation collection
ViewPoint kiosk, powered by VendTel, provides a window into inventory across your facility for those who need it, where they need it. Perfect for large facilities and/or environments with staffed cribs/stores.
ViewPoint provides real-time visibility of items ensuring your team members can locate and reserve items at any SupplyPoint point-of-use in your facility.
Empower personnel with the information they need to get their jobs done efficiently and easily:
- Leverage SupplyPoint’s industry-leading VendTel software to provide visibility to inventory in all SupplyPoint systems across your facility
- Enable specific personnel to allocate inventory remotely in other SupplyPoint machines or cribs, utilizing VendTel’s Reserve & Collection functionality
- Improve site efficiency by saving walk and wait time
- Increase crib/stores staffing efficiency with an enhanced collections process
- Eliminate wasted trips – know before you go!
How It Works — The Search & Reserve Workflow
From authentication to automated replenishment
A user searches for an item at any ViewPoint kiosk in the facility.
VendTel returns real-time results: which SupplyPoint machine(s) or crib(s) hold the item, and the quantity available at each
The user reserves the item at their chosen location. This removes it from available inventory for a period set by an administrator, so it isn't taken by someone else in the meantime.
The user is given a unique code tied to their reservation.
The user travels to the chosen machine or crib and uses the code to retrieve the reserved item — or, in a staffed crib, an attendant can set the item aside, or even deliver it to a work cell

FAQs
Questions, Answered.
What does a ViewPoint kiosk do?
ViewPoint gives real-time visibility into inventory held across every other SupplyPoint machine and crib in a facility — it doesn't store or dispense any items itself.
How does it integrate with our existing systems?
ViewPoint runs on VendTel and connects to inventory data across all SupplyPoint systems in a facility, including StoreTel-managed cribs, so it can search and reserve items wherever they're held.
What kind of hardware is available?
ViewPoint is a 15.6-inch touchscreen all-in-one kiosk computer, available on a floor stand or countertop stand, with optional card reader and barcode scanner accessories.
How quickly will we see a return?
Returns come from reduced walk and wait time, fewer wasted trips, and a faster collections process for staffed cribs — customers typically notice the time savings almost immediately after deployment.
Can I reserve an item using ViewPoint?
Yes. A user can reserve an item at their chosen machine or crib for a period set by an administrator, and receive a unique code to collect it on arrival.
