LockerSense can accurately measure items weighing as little as 5 grams/0.18 ounces, making the management of small, high-volume inventory items quick and easy.

With a scale capacity of 8kgs/18lbs, LockerSense can also be used to track heavier, high-turnover items such as leather gloves or cleansuits.

Automated notifications keep you informed if there is an issue that threatens the accuracy of the scales (such as a scale overload). 

Using the VendTel software, LockerSense can stand alone, join with other LockerSense units, or join in installations with other SupplyPoint machines to serve your inventory control needs.

The Dispensing Workflow

From authentication to automated replenishment

Step 01 — Authenticate

Username, password, biometric identification, or card reader — individually or in combination. VendTel applies the worker's access profile and permissions.

Step 02 — Select and take

The door containing the items opens - simply take a handful of what you need.

Step 03 — Transaction recorded.

Item count is calculated based on weight, and every transaction is logged to a named user, item, and timestamp — a full audit trail of who, what, and where sent to WebSync.
